I am an IP lawyer.
I represent (and have represented in the past) a number of Nominet members and registrants in DRS and court cases. These include the bounce.co.uk appeal; verbatim.co.uk (both stages); ireland.co.uk (both stages); myspace.co.uk (both stages); business.co.uk and others.
I am from time to time invited to give lecturers on the DRS (e.g. www.clt.co.uk/brochures/CF38248.pdf) and to write about it.
